All specifications, dimensions, capacities and performance figures shown on this website are for reference only. The binding specification for any order is the one stated in the written quotation and the technical datasheet issued with it.

We have made every effort to display product images as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that the display of any colour or detail on your screen will be accurate. Images may show optional configurations.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit sales to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, and to limit the quantities of any product we offer. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We reserve the right to make non-material changes to design, components or appearance without notice, provided the stated performance is not reduced.

Certain products may be built to order and subject to production capacity at the time your order is confirmed.

SECTION 6 - QUOTATIONS AND ORDERS

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless a different validity period is stated on the quotation itself. After that date, prices and availability are subject to re-confirmation.

A quotation does not constitute a binding offer. An order becomes binding only when we issue a written order confirmation or proforma invoice and you accept it.

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities per order. If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided with that order.

SECTION 7 - PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are quoted FOB Qingdao in USD, unless stated otherwise in writing, and exclude taxes, duties, import charges and any bank charges outside China.

We accept orders on a deposit basis: the order is confirmed and scheduled for production once the deposit has been received in cleared funds. Standard terms are 30% deposit by T/T with the order and 70% balance by T/T before shipment against a copy of the bill of lading. Where the proforma invoice states a different percentage or schedule, the proforma invoice prevails. Other payment terms require our written agreement.

Title to the goods remains with us until payment has been received in full.

SECTION 8 - DELIVERY, RISK AND FORCE MAJEURE

Standard lead time is 7 working days for standard models and 15 working days for OEM orders, counted from receipt of the deposit and confirmation of all technical details. Lead time starts only when both conditions are met.

Delivery dates are estimates. Risk passes to you in accordance with the agreed Incoterm.

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, epidemic, war, strike, port congestion, customs delay, shortage of raw materials or components, or government action.

SECTION 9 - WARRANTY

We warrant the complete machine against defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from the date of shipment. Core components (drive motor, controller and battery) carry the same 12-month warranty period.

The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts at our discretion. It does not cover wear parts (brushes, squeegee blades, filters, batteries, tyres), nor damage arising from incorrect operation, insufficient maintenance, unauthorised modification, or use of non-original spare parts.

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with photographs or video evidence.

SECTION 10 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
